Ronald S. Luber, DO
As the visionary leader behind Main Line Weight & Wellness, Dr. Ronald S. Luber has dedicated over 40 years to patient care. His extensive experience in family medicine, weight management, and addiction medicine provides a strong foundation for the practice's expanded focus. Dr. Luber is committed to a personalized approach, ensuring each patient's plan is uniquely tailored to their goals for health and well-being.
He passionately guides the practice in integrating advanced aesthetic and therapeutic solutions, offering a comprehensive and forward-thinking approach to patient care. Dr. Luber believes in addressing both immediate concerns and long-term vitality, helping individuals feel their best inside and out.
A native of Camden, NJ, Dr. Luber earned his degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1971. In his personal time, he enjoys playing golf and cherishing moments with his wife, five children, and seven grandchildren.

John M. Lawless, DO
Dr. John M. Lawless earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Arizona State University in 1982. He went on to receive his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992.
Dr. Lawless completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Delaware Valley Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He then dedicated 27 years to practicing Family Medicine at Village at Newtown Medical Center in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where he provided comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lawless has delivered a full spectrum of primary care services, including preventive medicine, routine physical examinations, diagnostic testing and immunizations. His approach to medicine emphasizes continuity of care, prevention, and building long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Lawless enjoys spending time with his family, caring for several dogs, tropical fish, and a bearded dragon. He is actively involved in his grandson’s life and takes pride in maintaining a lively backyard playground filled with bicycles and battery-powered toys.

Samantha Barlow, MSN, RN
Samantha Barlow is a nursing leader with a career dedicated to clinical excellence and system-level innovation. Since 2011, Samantha has built a versatile foundation across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory settings. Her professional evolution—spanning Nursing Education, floor nursing, and Nursing Informatics—highlights her unique ability to bridge the gap between complex healthcare systems and high-quality patient outcomes.
Currently, Samantha is transitioning into a leadership role as Nursing Director within the medical aesthetics field. In this capacity, she integrates her extensive clinical expertise with a passion for wellness and patient-centered leadership.
Samantha’s commitment to a balanced, active life extends to her home in a lively household filled with family and pets. A proud mother of three, she stays busy supporting her children’s various sports and activities. When she isn’t leading clinical teams, she enjoys recharging at the Jersey Shore, staying active in her community, or traveling to the Florida Keys with her family and friends.

Beverly Fichter, BSN, RN, CCM
Beverly Fichter offers a diverse and robust clinical background, beginning her career with a degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology from Penn State University. Driven by a commitment to patient advocacy, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Neumann University and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM).
Throughout her career, Beverly has navigated a wide spectrum of care, from the fast-paced environment of Labor and Delivery and Cardiac Rehabilitation to specialized roles in Occupational Medicine and Case Management. This versatility allows her to approach patient care with both clinical precision and deep empathy.
Outside of her professional practice, Beverly is a dedicated mother and grandmother who finds joy in staying active. Known affectionately by her family as “Bev the Builder,” she has a passion for home renovation and DIY projects. Whether she is spending quality time with her three children and grandchildren or tackling a new building project, Beverly brings the same energy and "can-do" spirit to her personal life as she does to her nursing practice.

Kelsey Luber, CNC, CWLS
Kelsey Luber has been an integral part of our team since February 2015, helping guide the evolution of Main Line Weight & Wellness. As both a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Weight Loss Specialist through NASM, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Beyond her nutrition credentials, Kelsey serves as our office manager and a physician-trained medical assistant. Her compassionate, judgment-free approach ensures that every patient feels supported and motivated. She is committed to your success and will be by your side every step of the way, refusing to let you give up on yourself.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with her nieces and nephews.

Kelsey is our registered dietitian who is passionate about making healthy eating accessible, offering practical guidance to help busy individuals build sustainable habits and enjoy their food. She has extensive experience in weight management and bariatric surgery, supporting individuals through their unique nutrition journeys with empathy and evidence-based strategies.
